Dear Scott,

 Thank you for the miracle you performed on my ’96 Buick Century following the recent accident that caused both my Century and me considerable trauma.  It went into Oliver Auto Body reflecting the fact that I had been the middle car in a three-car collision.  It came out looking like a brand new car right out of a  showroom – outside and inside.  I don’t know how you did it.  I have driven past your place of business for many years, never realizing that miracles were being performed inside.  Now I know.

 There are no adequate words for how much I admire you and your talented staff for your competence and obvious pride in your work.

 Additionally, Scott, it was indeed a pleasure working with you as the process mobbed along.  You are truly a “people person” one who understands the problems of both the automobile and the person who owns it.  You helped me through a difficult time with your calm, reassuring manner – and the caring you showed toward both the Century and my situation.

 I am so very appreciative.  And I’m enjoying all the comments form people admiring my “new” car.  I tell them, “all the credit goes to Oliver Auto Body, a place where they work miracles.”

Dear Scott and Jeff,

 Thank you both for the excellent job that was done at Olivers Auto Body Company to repair my white Nissan Maxima.  It looks like new!  I was delighted with the beautiful condition my car was in when I picked it up.  It sparkle both outside and in. 
 
 I am also very pleased with your treatment of me as a customer.  You bring comfort, at a difficult time, by going out of your way to be helpful.  You treat a customer like a good friend, whom you really have concern for.  Those extra services, like making a phone call for information regarding a rental car and providing a ride to the rental agency means a lot.
